| The CodeBank main page displays categories
that are in our database. You may add a new
category by selecting the appropriate link
or you may view all code in a category by
clicking on the category. You can search
for code by pressing the Search button. Adding a category will present you with a screen requiring a category description. After filling out the description press the Save button to add the record to the database. You will then be returned to the CodeBank main page. Viewing a category will display all code that is in the category. Selecting from the list will then display the actual code. You can cut and paste this code into your application. It is important that any code you use must be tested by you before implementing this code in a production environment. QC Systems, LLC is not responsible for any problems that may arise from any code found here. Pressing the Search button will present a screen where you may enter a search word. To view the entire database leave the search word blank and press the Search button. If you enter a search word you will see all records that contain the entered characters in the code description field. After searching you will be presented with the screen described above You can add your own code from the Category/Code Description screen, which you got to by using one of the above methods, by selecting the link provided. To add code you must select a category from the drop down box and you must enter a description and the actual code. The submitted by field is not required but it is recommended that you put in an email address so that people with questions can contact you. Any information entered into this field will not be used outside of CodeBank. At this time the Code field is limited to 80 columns by 100 rows. If you need more space I would suggest that you enter your code in multiple passes. Press the Save button to write the data to our database.
